RATES
Internet Rates are only valid for bookings made through this web site. Any other discounts or promotional deals cannot be applied from Internet Rates. Internet Rates are non commissionable.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit will be applied to Guarantee Reservations. A deposit of a minimum one-night accommodation must be received 14 days prior to arrival date in NORMAL SEASONS; 21 days prior to arrival date in HIGH SEASONS, and 30 days prior to arrival date in PEAK SEASONS. If the hotel does not receive the above deposit requirements as specified above, the hotel will assume the booking did not materialize and will automatically release the reservation.

NORMAL, HIGH and PEAK SEASONS
Normal Seasons are between Jan. 6 and June 31 and again between Sept. 01 to Dec. 19. High Seasons are between July 1 and August. 31, and Peak Seasons are between Dec. 20 and Jan. 5.

CANCELLATIONS and NO SHOWS
A Cancellation charge of minimum one-night accommodation will be applied in case of no-show or late cancellation. The cancellation fee will be charged if a reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival in NORMAL SEASSONS, 14 days of arrival in HIGH SEASONS, and 21 days of arrival in PEAK SEASONS. The deposit will be non refundable if cancellations are made under the above time limits. A 50% cancellation (of one-night accommodation) will be charged if the cancellation is made above the mentioned time limits. No cancellation charge will be applied if a booking is cancelled 30 days (or more) prior to arrival time.

PAYMENTS

The hotel only accepts payment in cash or by major credit cards such as Amex, Diners, Visa, Master, and JCB. Personal cheques are not accepted. The Deposit will be charged to your credit card according to the time limits mentioned above. For local banking administration purposes, please send (by email or Facsimile), A copy of your passport with photograph, A copy of your credit card (both sides), and A credit card authorization form. Differences in statement balances may occur due to fluctuations of the Indonesian Rupiah or bank processing time. The Casa Padma Hotel & Suites can not hold the responsible for these differences. The Deposit/Hotel charges charged to your credit card will show on your statement as "CASA PADMA Hotel & Suites". An receipt by e-mail or fax will be sent to you after payment has been made. Please print and bring this receipt with you and present it to the hotel’s reception upon check-in. Bank Transfers can be made through :

MAXIMUM PERSONS IN ROOM

A maximum of 2 children under 10 of age are allowed in same room with parents (no rollaway bed is included). Breakfast for children sharing room with parents is not included in room rate. Rollaway Beds are not applicable when occupying a Standard Room. Deluxe Suites with twin King Sized Beds can take a maximum of 4 adults. A maximum of 1 rollaway bed is allowed per room.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Extended check-out until 6.00pm will be charged at 50% of the applied room rate, and the full rate will apply if checking out after 6.00pm. Check-in time is 1.00pm.
